In Pursuit of the Eleventh Measure is a short film drawing elliptical threads between Scandinavian water folklore, religion and Iceland’s hydro-electricity industry. Filmed in Seyðisfjorður, Iceland, the soundtrack is composed of various recordings from Fjarðarselsvirkjun, the fjord’s power plant.
